By accessing or using GuestSync ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

GuestSync, operated by Ioannis Krokos ("we", "us"), provides a platform for creating and managing guest portals for hotels, vacation rentals, and hospitality businesses. Our Service includes: • Creation of property-specific Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) • Guest portal customization and branding • Analytics and view tracking • Event and recommendation management • GDPR-compliant data handling We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

**Per-Property Subscriptions**: Each subscription covers one property. To run additional properties, you subscribe to a plan for each one — all managed from the same account. **Billing**: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. **Free Trial**: We offer a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. You will only be charged if you continue after the trial period; if you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. **Refunds**: We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your paid subscription if you're not satisfied. After 30 days, you may cancel anytime but no refunds will be issued. **Price Changes**: We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance and will apply to subsequent billing cycles.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. **Your Data**: You retain all rights to the data you submit through our Service. We process your data only to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. **Guest Data**: When you use our Service to create guest portals, you are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to collect and process any guest information. **Data Security**: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. **Data Portability**: You may export your data at any time through our dashboard or by contacting support.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Collect data about users without their consent • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service We reserve the right to terminate your account for violation of these terms.

**Our Property**: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by GuestSync and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. **Your Content**: You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it solely for providing the Service. **Feedback**: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

**Disclaimer**: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. **Limitation**: In no event shall GuestSync be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. **Maximum Liability**: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

**By You**: You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. **By Us**: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. **Effect of Termination**: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive. **Data Retention**: After termination, we will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, allowing you time to export if needed.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Syros, Greece. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
