Billing questions
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you switch, the difference is prorated and applied to your next billing cycle.
What happens after my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial you are charged automatically for the plan you selected. You can cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 30 days if you are not satisfied. After that, you can cancel at any time and continue using the service until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), processed by Stripe.
Can I add more properties later?
Yes. Each subscription covers one property. To add another property, subscribe to a plan for it. You manage all your properties from the same account.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay only for your subscription plan.
