Started with one hotel. Tested by nine.

GuestSync is a digital guest directory for hotels and vacation rentals. It began in 2025 with one hotel's request, and nine hotels used it with their guests in summer 2026.

One guest portal for each property

Each property gets its own guest portal with WiFi details, check-in information, house rules, amenities, local recommendations and events.

Owners manage the content from an admin panel and set the logo and colours for each property. Each subscription covers one property.

The portal is a web app. Guests open it from a link or a QR code in their browser, without downloading anything or creating an account, and can add it to their home screen.

For property owners
The answers guests ask for most often are in one place, under your own logo and colours.
For guests
WiFi password, check-in details, house rules and local recommendations on their own phone.
Analytics
See which portal pages guests open and how often, for each property.

Our principles

What we hold to when we decide how the product should work.

Guest first

Every feature starts from what a guest needs to find during a stay.

Privacy by design

Guests never create an account. Consent management, data export and deletion requests are part of the product.

Simplicity

Setting up a property should not need technical knowledge: you fill in the details and publish.

Nothing to download

Portals open in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, from a link or a QR code.
